I was looking for accommodation in Brno from abroad, which was a big risk. It’s always better to have the chance to see the studio in person. However, Domeq offers exactly what it presents. It’s close to the city centre and the shopping mall. And when I want to chat with someone or do something, I just go to the common room, where there’s always someone around.
What I like most about Domeq is its environment and the fact that the reception takes great care of the tenants. You’ll find a shared kitchen, areas for play and relaxation, a private gym, and more. For me, it’s the best place to live because everything is nearby — shopping centres, supermarkets, and the city centre.
Life with children is a challenge no matter where you are, and we’re glad that we can live at Domeq. Even in such a small space, our child has plenty of ways to have fun — from two terraces with great views of Brno and a playground right next to the building, to the greenery with the Ponávka stream that surrounds the entire complex.

The new accommodation units in Ponávka Terasy will be ready for move-in from August 2026. You can already look forward to modern living just a few minutes from Brno city centre, close to universities, offices, and all essential services.
Yes, pre-booking is already open. If you want to secure your preferred unit, we recommend booking early through our online form. After submitting it, our team will contact you and guide you through the entire reservation process.
Free cancellation is possible until your booking is confirmed, meaning before the contract is signed and the payment completed. After this point, any cancellation follows the conditions stated in the contract.
In Ponávka Terasy you’ll find rooms suitable for freelancers, students, and professionals. We offer both short-term and long-term accommodation in units ranging from 22 to 40 m², so everyone can choose the option that suits them best.
Prices start from CZK 21 000 per month. The rent includes full furnishing, utilities, public Wi-Fi, and 24/7 reception services. Shared spaces such as coworking and study rooms, lounges, and bike storage are available free of charge. Laundry facilities and parking spaces are available for an additional fee. The building will also feature a restaurant and fitness centre, and thanks to its location within the Ponávka complex, you’ll have access to cafés, shops, and other services - with Brno city centre just a few minutes’ walk away.
Before the building is completed, we offer the option to visit our showroom or take a tour of the existing Domeq 1–3 buildings, which are also located within the Ponávka area. Book your visit and experience what Domeq living feels like.
