When will the A4 building be completed?

The A4 building will be completed and approved in Q2 2026.

Can I reserve office space now?

Yes. Viewings and pre-reservations are already available. If you want to secure the most suitable unit, we recommend booking in advance. You can contact us by phone or via the online form.

How does the reservation and lease process work?

After selecting the space, we will prepare a reservation and then a lease agreement. Lease terms are set individually – typically starting from 5 years, but for smaller units it is possible to negotiate more flexible conditions.

What size spaces are available and can they be customized to our needs?

We offer flexible units from 250 m² up to entire floors. We will prepare a tailor-made solution according to the size of your team and your layout requirements.

Does the building have environmental certifications?

Yes, A4 is seeking BREEAM Excellent certification and is certified for the use of green energy.

How is accessibility ensured?

A4 is just a few minutes’ walk from the main train station and Vaňkovka shopping center, with excellent connections to Brno city center, public transport, and the D1 motorway.
